Meet Tiffany

Hi, I'm Tiffany, founder of TYH Coaching and Consulting; a dynamic and engaging leader with over 25 years of experience encouraging people to take steps towards creating a more satisfying life.

I spent 20 years working in Corporate America, where I was regularly encouraging my colleagues to imagine life outside of the cubicle. In 2010, I left that company to pursue a PhD at The Ohio State University, certain I wanted to be a college professor! 

​

Instead, I've been working in higher education roles where I've rediscovered the passion I had for providing encouraging, direct, and supportive coaching conversations. From students to colleagues, coaching has become the most satisfying part of my life. 

​
