As someone who learned to enjoy learning well after high school, I've managed to earn three formal degrees: a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and a Master of Education, Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University in Cincinnati and a PhD in Educational Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University.

To formalize my work as a coach, I'm working with the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) and JST Coaching and Training and plan to take the certification exam in 2022. I also completed training through JST Coaching and Training, becoming certified in Coaching College Students and Adults with ADHD. 

 

My goal is to provide clients with multiple approaches toward coaching by creating personalized coaching plans specifically for your needs.
